Our team of physicians, hospital staff, discharge planners and family work together to create a plan to deliver the best services to each patient. Our intake specialist will meet the needs of the patient in a comprehensive manner by fully integrating the knowledge and input of all the parties. Each plan is customized for each patient with medical, physical, environmental, emotional, nutritional and social needs considered.
